🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of senior leadership in event venue management or hospitality.
• Proven track record of achieving financial targets and revenue growth.
• Strong operations expertise in event logistics, food & beverage, and production.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and KPI analysis.
