📋 Description

• Set the strategy by mapping the competitive landscape, analyzing performance by show, seller, and
• Build the roadmap, with clear priorities, sequencing, and owners against the business unit's
• Align the strategy with Sales, Product, and Operations and secure buy-in before executing.
• Keep every channel live by building a bench of streamers and hosts, monitoring calendar health
• Track seller and host performance on air and rotate the lineup across channels to maximize revenue

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or a related field; MBA a plus
• 5+ operations or a leadership role with products or systems in e-commerce, retail, or live commerce
• Direct people management experience
• P&L ownership experience, with fluency in metrics like GMV
• Experience in multi-channel, multi-vertical, operationally complex business, with experience in all
• Comfortable with AI and AI-powered workflows.
