🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible commercial property, asset, or campus operations
• Experience supporting leasing, tenant retention, CAM reconciliations, multiple revenue streams, and
• Experience with a mixed-use campus, event venue, or other operation with ancillary services and
• California real estate license preferred. IREM, BOMA, CCIM, or similar certification is a plus
• Construction project management experience
