Oversees SLA with ground-handling provider; audits and escalates.
Maintains regulatory and brand accountability before authorities.
Leads cross-functional collaboration across Inflight, Flight Ops and Maintenance.
Chairs weekly KPI reviews to monitor performance and unblock issues.
Represents Allegiant in regulatory matters with FAA/TSA and officials.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years airline operations experience; 2+ years in management.
Must reside within 60 minutes of the assigned airport.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Authorized to work in the US per Immigration Act of 1986.
