AI-first healthcare solutions to improve outcomes and efficiency
Lead product development across software, services, AI, and devices
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/CS to drive growth; define launches and adoption
Establish dashboards and loops to measure impact and improve

🎯 Requirements

AI fluency and applying AI to products/workflows
10+ years in product leadership, including leading teams
Proven track record scaling a product from zero to one and to 100
Experience building GTM strategy: validation, positioning, launches, adoption, PMF
Experience in digital health or healthcare tech is a plus
Strong systems thinking with repeatable processes and scalable product infra
