Drive Lean and Six Sigma improvements to processes and quality.
Set performance goals, coach, and align with company objectives.
Manage KPIs, budgets, and plan continuous improvement.
Use data analytics and automation to optimize reverse logistics and costs.
Ensure safety/compliance and oversee staffing and development.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
7+ years leadership in manufacturing/distribution; 2+ years in senior role; flexible hours.
Proven track record driving ops performance, process improvements, and team development.
Experience managing metrics, budgets, and P&Ls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Gmail, and Microsoft Excel.
Preferred: MBA or Lean Six Sigma; experience coaching diverse teams.
