📋 Description

• Set ambitious SEA regional goals and execute with local teams.
• Advocate for SEA needs within Roblox and align with global priorities.
• Bridge SEA office and HQ on regulatory, product, safety, and ops.
• Establish SEA as an early warning system for regulatory signals.
• Maintain uninterrupted operations across SEA markets.
• Define and execute the regional growth plan to boost users and creators.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of running complex, multi-country operations.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven success navigating highly regulated or politically complex environments.
• Gaming and/or UGC platform experience is a strong asset.
• Technical fluency or background (preferred).
• Fluent in English; multiple languages ideal (Bahasa, etc.).
