• Full P&L ownership – Own the P&L for student lending, set ambitious revenue and

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required. MBA or
• Industry Experience: 10+ years in fintech, marketplace, or consumer lending roles with proven
• P&L Management: Demonstrated experience owning a business unit P&L, including revenue
• Growth Marketing & Partnerships: Track record in scaling growth strategies and paid media
• Leadership: Strong leadership experience in high-growth environments, with success leading
• Communication: Excellent communicator who is comfortable negotiating externally and presenting to
