General Manager, West

📋 Description

• Lead delivery of the region's project portfolio across the full lifecycle
• Maintain clear visibility into backlog conversion, schedules, cost, cash, capacity, and material
• Serve as a visible safety leader and hold leaders accountable for safe execution
• Own delivery of the region's financial plan including revenue, gross profit, cash, EBITDA, project
• Build and retain a capable regional leadership team and workforce
• Serve as an executive operating sponsor for significant projects and client relationships

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in applied sciences, engineering, construction
• Ten or more years of progressive experience in complex, project-based delivery
• Five or more years of P&L responsibility and team leadership, including experience leading
• Portfolio-scale oversight of complex, multi-year projects involving significant schedule, cost
• Demonstrated success building leadership capability, strengthening accountability, improving team
• Strong financial and operating judgment, including the ability to manage revenue, gross profit
