General Manager, Workforce

📋 Description

• Own the Workforce portfolio strategy, P&L, and market narrative.
• Drive growth with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Eng.
• Define and manage a three-quarter roadmap for identity, session security, and privileged access.
• Translate CISOs' needs into use cases, business cases, and investments.
• Lead a matrixed organization to enable fast decisions and disciplined execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product, GM, or commercial leadership in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or infrastructure software.
• 3+ years as VP/GM with accountability for business outcomes and revenue.
• Deep understanding of enterprise security buyers: CISOs, heads of security, identity leaders.
• Experience with PAM, IAM, zero trust, cloud security, session security.
• Ability to translate customer needs into strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution.
• Strong commercial orientation: ARR growth, pipeline, pricing, retention, expansion.
