General Manager, Workload

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, performance, product direction, and market narrative for Workload.
• Build for developers, platform engineers, and DevSecOps teams relying on security.
• Lead in a matrixed environment, partnering across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, Eng, and Strategy.
• Balance board-level storytelling with roadmap, pipeline, pricing, and competitive detail.
• Drive business impact by setting priorities and governing tradeoffs.
• Shape Delinea's next chapter through cross-functional leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product/GM or related enterprise SaaS/cybersecurity roles.
• 3+ years as VP/GM with accountability for business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of enterprise developers, platform-engineering, DevSecOps buyers, and CISOs.
• Experience with secrets management, machine identity, non-human identity.
• Ability to translate customer needs into strategy, roadmap priorities, and execution.
• Strong commercial orientation: ARR growth, pipeline, pricing, retention.
