General Mechanical Design Engineer

📋 Description

• Design mechanical systems for humanoid robots, including joints and linkages
• Create 3D CAD models and drawings with SolidWorks/NX; apply GD&T
• Lead rapid prototyping with 3D printing, CNC, and rapid fabrication
• Work with electrical/controls/software teams to integrate motors and sensors
• Own mechanical subsystems from concept to testing and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in mechanical design for robotics or hardware
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field
• Strong fundamentals in mechanics, statics, dynamics, thermals, and material science
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and NX CAD tools
• GD&T experience per ASME Y14.5
• Experience with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and injection molding
