Drive revenue and oversee daily sales ops for auto, residential, and commercial film services.
Lead the sales team and manage high-value B2B and consumer deals.
Coordinate with Operations for scheduling and profitability.
Oversee Accounting and Human Resources functions.
Manage multi-state safety, risk, and compliance initiatives.
Overtime/weekends may be required; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years sales experience in automotive aftermarket, flat glass, or window tinting.
Deep knowledge of automotive window film, PPF, and commercial/residential glass films.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proficiency with POS and CRM software; strong organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Must reside in KC metro; travel to Overland Park, Lee's Summit, Independence.
