📋 Description

• Audit and re-architect CoeurWay prompts into modular, maintainable chains.
• Lead LM selection, evaluation, and pairing to prompts; model-agnostic approach.
• Define 'good' outputs; identify failures; drive improvements via validation.
• Evolve evaluation framework; expand rubrics; boost automation.
• Establish systematic output validation; edge cases and regression tests.
• Design and implement new prompts and evaluation suites for CoeurWay and MYLE EMR.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AI/ML, product dev, computational linguistics, or related field.
• 2+ years prompt engineering in production LLMs; B2B SaaS or regulated industry.
• Experience decomposing prompts into modular, chained architectures.
• Experience designing/improving LLM evaluation frameworks.
• Familiar with frontier LLM APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.
• Experience in healthcare/clinical or life sciences is a strong asset.
