Generative AI Pipeline Engineer (Tech Lead)

📋 Description

• Architect and manage a scalable AI media platform with GPU environments, workflows, and UIs.
• Design and deploy modular, version-controlled, reproducible image/video pipelines.
• Build one-click workflows and reusable presets for non-technical users.
• Develop and optimize LoRA training pipelines from data prep to deployment.
• Integrate ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
• Implement automated QC to validate assets against references before review.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade generative AI pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Diffusers, or equivalent frameworks.
• Advanced Python skills, automation, API integrations, and custom tooling.
• Experience training LoRA models from data prep to deployment.
• Knowledge of AI control techniques including ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
• Experience deploying AI pipelines as internal production tools.
