Generative AI Pipeline Engineer (Tech Lead)

📋 Description

• Architect and manage scalable AI media platform (GPU, workflows, UI).
• Design and deploy modular, reproducible image/video pipelines.
• Build one-click workflows and presets for non-technical users.
• Develop end-to-end LoRA training pipelines from data to deployment.
• Integrate ControlNet, IP-Adapter, inpainting and reference conditioning.
• Implement automated quality control to validate assets vs references.
• Create reusable frameworks to scale creative patterns across projects.
• Partner with design leadership to guide technical roadmap and enable adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and deploying generative AI pipelines in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with ComfyUI, Diffusers, or equivalent workflow frameworks.
• Advanced Python programming skills, including automation, API integrations, and development of custom nodes or tooling.
• Experience training LoRA models from dataset creation through evaluation and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of AI control techniques, including ControlNet, IP-Adapter, image-to-image workflows, video generation, inpainting, and reference conditioning.
• Experience deploying AI pipelines as internal production tools.
