Generosity Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Build and strengthen relationships with YouVersion's recurring givers.
• Develop and execute engagement strategies, communications, and experiences.
• Collaborate with Donor Experience, Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Product teams.
• Lead care strategy and automation to engage givers at scale.
• Design workflows and tools for consistent donor experiences.
• Track engagement outcomes and report insights to improve strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Self-motivation, initiative, and problem solving.
• Multi-tasking and time management under strict deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to identify and communicate meaningful stories of ministry impact.
• Experience building engagement systems, workflows, and automations.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
