🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in innovation/transformation; 3+ years total experience.
• Document customer pain points in rewards through research and feedback.
• Identify and test rewards mechanics to boost engagement.
• Collect and define work requirements; maintain stakeholder feedback loop.
• Understand FanDuel’s business and sports wagering landscape to advise.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Avid sports and gaming fan; familiarity with FanDuel products.
