Generosity Systems Manager

📋 Description

• Support initiatives in operations, logistics, purchasing, and project execution.
• Collaborate with Donor Experience to source and ship donor gifting.
• Build and lead a volunteer team for gifting and projects.
• Administer team systems (HubSpot, forms, surveys, calendars) and optimize.
• Create timelines, gather key takeaways, and drive cross-team delivery.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on milestones and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Self-motivated with independent decision-making and innovative problem solving.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of related work experience.
