• Lead the technical delivery team, balancing people management with oversight of Google Workspace

• Monitor team performance and identify training needs, coordinating with the Tech Lead on technical

• Oversee complex email and file migrations from platforms such as Exchange, Office 365, and Zimbra

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing and leading technical teams
• Strong technical background in implementation and migration projects involving cloud environments
• Ability to understand technical architectures and communicate effectively with a Tech Lead to
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, performance management, and individual development
• Experience structuring career paths and supporting professional growth within technical teams
• Strong organizational and resource-planning skills, including capacity management and project
