📋 Description

• Provide customer support for an assigned game studio.
• Assist players with account, technical, purchase, and gameplay queries.
• Work with a team of agents under a Team Lead and an Operations Manager.
• Complete training modules to grow skills.
• Stay updated on client projects, updates and branding.
• Help players continue enjoying the games they love.

🎯 Requirements

• German (C1) and English (B2) required.
• Based in Greece; remote work eligibility.
• Deep gaming knowledge and passion for video games.
• Own a current-gen gaming PC or console (PS4/5, Xbox, Switch).
• Reliable internet: 15 Mbps down/up, latency <120 ms; 8 GB RAM; Windows 11 or macOS 13.
• Fast learner, proactive troubleshooter; customer service experience a plus.
