  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong project management; multi-stakeholder implementations a plus
  • Excellent communicator with HR/People and technical audiences
  • Solid technical understanding: integrations, data imports, troubleshooting
  • Organized and proactive; manage multiple onboarding projects
