Provide first-level customer support for Revalize software
Assist customers and teammates professionally
Handle incoming queries and issues for proprietary software
Identify and prioritize end-user issues to resolve inquiries
Follow established customer service and documentation standards
Resolve first-level requests and escalate when needed
Contribute to knowledgebase articles and docs

🎯 Requirements

3D CAD systems: Inventor, SolidWorks, TENADO CAD, AutoCAD 3D
German and English fluency (written & spoken)
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in customer service
Explain technical topics clearly via training/workshops
Familiar with Windows software installation and troubleshooting
Bonus: background in technical drafting or mechanical eng/architect
Salesforce knowledge
Understanding of networking topologies & protocols
