🎯 Requirements

• A diploma or degree in business administration, accounting, computer science, or a related field
• At least one year of experience in customer service, case management, administrative support, or a
• Professional proficiency in both Canadian French and English, with the ability to communicate
• Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant office
