📋 Description

• Lead guest experience and product education on the sales floor.
• Partner with Operations to manage reports, budgets, expenses, inventory and facilities.
• Develop action plans to address gaps and drive growth.
• Ensure effective on-floor staffing and sales initiatives.
• Coach and develop store team to deliver Alo's brand.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years retail or customer-facing leadership experience.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Strong business judgment and decision making.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
• Willing to travel between stores as needed.
• MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel and Outlook.
