GIS Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide expert technical support on Geospatial products to customers.
• Maintain and improve GIS products, systems and services.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues; deliver proactive solutions.
• Deliver GIS consultancy; administer databases on-site and in the cloud.
• Create documentation and training for customers; internal DB support.
• Travel to sites for installation, configuration and consultancy tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level background in Geospatial or related discipline.
• Experience supporting customers across multiple Geospatial products.
• Experience in working within a technical team; escalating issues to others.
• Service Desk experience; handling complex issues globally.
• Experience in analytical and statistical data modelling.
• Knowledge of relational DBMS (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
