GIS Data Expert

📋 Description

• Convert utilities and infrastructure as-built drawings and data into structured GIS datasets.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, and preparation for Enterprise GIS environments.
• Ensure converted datasets comply with defined GIS data models, standards, and specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive GIS data validation and QA/QC activities.
• Identify and resolve spatial, attribute, topology, and connectivity issues.
• Ensure GIS datasets meet defined accuracy, completeness, consistency, and quality requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or
• Additional qualifications in GIS or spatial data management are preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience specifically in utilities and infrastructure as-built conversion to
• Strong experience in GIS data extraction, conversion, cleansing, validation, and QA/QC.
• Strong experience working with utilities, infrastructure, and land GIS datasets.
• Experience with spatial relationships, topological behaviors, network connectivity, and GIS
