📋 Description

• Develop and present an Esri vision for the government and commercial sectors to maximize market
• Develop and execute comprehensive industry marketing strategies to support business objectives
• Continuously research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and market factors to stay
• Proactively develop and adjust messages to address evolving key business issues, drivers, and
• Serve as the industry expert with other departments/teams and groups
• Develop compelling success stories that demonstrate credibility and support growing the sales

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of demonstrated leadership and practical experience in a public works discipline
• Advanced GIS experience as it relates to public works
• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate, inspire, and achieve goals
• Proven capability to make compelling, effective presentations to large and small audiences
• Demonstrated and proven capability to communicate in writing
• Thought leadership and contributions to one or more professional organizations covering planning
