GIS Lead

📋 Description

• Build and lead TNC geospatial program from ground up.
• Stand up enterprise geodatabase and data standards.
• Manage spatial data across all active projects.
• Produce NRC submissions, board materials, and public maps.
• Collaborate with environmental, licensing, NOS engineering, and exec team.
• Define geospatial governance, CRS, and metadata templates.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years GIS experience; 3+ years enterprise geodatabases.
• ArcGIS Pro (Advanced); ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• ArcPy and GIS automation; BIM-GIS integration.
• Geodatabase design; metadata standards; ESRI tech.
• Familiar with NAD83, NAVD88; geodesy fundamentals.
• Coordinate surveys, imagery, QA; NRC/EIS submissions.
• GISP certification is a plus.
