GL Analyst

📋 Description

• Perform Floqast reconciliations for several subsidiaries, maintaining accuracy and timely
• Prepare month-end bookkeeping in NetSuite, including contractor invoices, and tax journal entries
• Perform NetSuite reconciliations and adjustments.
• Prepare Excel schedules for the external accounting firm.
• Perform statutory balance-sheet and P&L reviews.
• Complete ad hoc close and reporting activities as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required or in progress, with
• 2–4 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a similar role, preferably in a
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and general ledger close processes.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reconciliation schedules and data cleanup.
• Experience with NetSuite; familiarity with FloQast is a plus.
