Glass Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (Hot End)

📋 Description

• Ensures quality and productivity by monitoring and performing mechanical, visual, and informational
• Reviews shift operation and make recommendations regarding how plant operations can further improve
• Ensures that all people in work group are adequately trained and are knowledgeable of department
• Monitors control charts and reviews process shifts with key personnel.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be able to work a rotating schedule
• High School Degree or equivalent (minimum)
• College education in related major preferred
• Experience supervising/leading people and processes in a Manufacturing environment
• Computer literate w/ proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Previous experience working in a Union environment highly preferred
