Global Accounting Specialist - GE

📋 Description

• Perform day-to-day accounting for multiple international entities (GL, intercompany, reconciliations).
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close across global entities.
• Coordinate and reconcile intercompany accounts and consolidation eliminations.
• Assist with consolidation under German GAAP (HGB).
• Work with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audits.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong accounting principles and closing knowledge; advanced Excel.
• Experience with Datev and Lucanet.
• Familiar with Power Pivot (BI) and basic SQL.
• Ability to work independently and across geographies.
• Global accounting experience with focus on the general ledger.
