🎯 Requirements

1+ years in Technical Support, Customer Support, Help Desk, or Web Development
Basic understanding of Linux and/or Windows hosting environments
Knowledge of web hosting technologies including LAMP and/or WAMP
Understanding of DNS concepts and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with PHP advantageous
Strong written English and communication skills
