📋 Description

• Manage and grow a team of 2-3 analysts: organise workload, set priorities, and keep a healthy pace
• Coach analysts to grow technically and professionally; hold them accountable for quality and
• Coordinate and align with stakeholders, both global and local, ensuring the team's work lands where

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
• +5 years of relevant analytics experience, including +1-2 years leading analysts
• Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred); Python is a plus
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automations and scalable data models. Setting up or
• Skilled at digesting complex data into business language able to summarise findings and frame them
• Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau, building dashboards for non-technical audiences
