📋 Description

• Own and drive global AR and O2C processes aligning with objectives.
• Lead process standardization, governance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation, automation, and optimization for efficiency.
• Partner with Finance, GBS, IT, and stakeholders to design improvements.
• Monitor process performance and manage issues and risks.
• Act as trusted advisor for AR/O2C processes in strategic decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin, or related.
• 10+ years in AR, O2C, and Credit Mgmt in global SSC/GBS.
• Strong end-to-end AR/O2C ownership, governance, and standardization.
• Proven experience leading process transformation and change mgmt.
• Strong PM skills with track record of cross-functional transformations.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
