Lead the benefits workstream for moving countries from EORs to owned entities, partnering with
Lead the evaluation, vendor selection, and migration from our PEO to direct US benefits
Manage EOR relationships and employees under EORs
Own benefits operations across enrollment, renewals, mid-year changes, and offboarding, with clear
Serve as the escalation point and advisor for complex benefits, leave of absence, and time off
Administer leave policies (parental, medical, disability) and coordinate them across jurisdictions

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of benefits experience
Experience managing benefits in a hypergrowth or new-market-entry environment
Strong working knowledge of US benefits (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, 401(k))
Working knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC benefits and statutory requirements, with sound judgment on
Experience with PEOs and EORs
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
