  • 8+ years global benefits experience in tech.
  • Experience across US, Canada, Europe, India, Pakistan.
  • Multi-million dollar budgets; self-funded models.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
  • CEBS designation or progress toward it; Workday Benefits preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management.
