📋 Description

• Execute DO's global benefits strategy to attract and retain talent.
• Analyze healthcare spend; build predictive models for budgeting.
• Partner with international brokers and vendors; negotiate renewals and SLAs.
• Automate global leave and accommodations with third-party admins.
• Lead global open enrollment campaigns and plan communications.
• Ensure compliance with evolving international labor laws and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of global benefits experience in tech companies.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar benefits budgets.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, data modeling, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Self-starter with a bias for process automation.
• CEBS designation or progress; Workday Benefits experience preferred.
