  • 8+ years in global benefits at tech companies
  • Manage multi-million-dollar benefits budgets and costs
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets skills (pivot, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • CEBS or progress toward; Workday Benefits experience
