Global Benefits Manager - Contract

📋 Description

• Executes on the global benefits strategy aligned with company and departmental objectives.
• Leads the implementation, administration, and enhancement of new and existing benefit programs
• Manages the planning and rollout of open enrollment including advising on recommended plan

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 5-7 years of progressive benefits experience; or
• 3+ years leading benefits teams.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and
• Strong technical skills and experience with HRIS systems (UKG Pro preferred) and Microsoft Office
