  • Lead global benefits strategy, administration, communication, and program improvements.

  • Analyze utilization, feedback, benchmarking, and cost trends to drive design changes.
  • Lead renewals, annual enrollment, wellness initiatives, and vendor governance with brokers.

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience administering and improving employee benefits in a global organization.
  • Experience managing benefits across multiple countries with international brokers/vendors.
  • Deep knowledge of US benefits regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA) with international exposure.
  • Experience leading employee leave programs including disability, parental, and statutory leave.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships, renewals, performance, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience administering Workday Benefits and supporting benefits audits/regulatory reporting.
