Global Benefits Specialist

📋 Description

• Support enrollments, qualifying life events, status changes, and terminations across Workday
• Reconcile payroll deductions, eligibility files, enrollment records, and carrier invoices
• Serve as a point of contact for benefits questions, managing requests from start to finish
• Create benefits guides, FAQs, course cards, presentations, and short videos
• Test new tools, AI agents, and automated workflows for efficiency
• Coordinate with brokers, insurance carriers, payroll providers, and EOR partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Support, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, or
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through independently
• Genuine interest in helping people and handling confidential information
