🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Operations Management with distributed or gig workforces.
• Technical savvy with multi-camera hardware; teach nuances of multi-angle recording.
• Experience coordinating across global teams (Philippines, US) and cultures.
• Analytical mindset to identify issues in unusable footage and improve training data.
• Background in AI data labeling, computer vision data collection preferred.
• Experience with hardware logistics and equipment verification.
