📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and continuously refine global category strategies, translating business
• Identify and deliver measurable value through cost optimization, innovation, supplier performance
• Build Finance-validated savings pipelines, business cases, and value plans aligned with enterprise
• Act as a trusted strategic partner to senior stakeholders across Commercial, Marketing, Medical
• Lead complex sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, competitive assessments, commercial
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier relationships, implementing governance frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, Economics
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or a
• Demonstrated experience advising senior stakeholders, managing complex sourcing initiatives
• Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships, negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Experience working in global, matrixed, and cross-functional environments, with strong stakeholder
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, including the ability to interpret market
