Global Category Manager – Packaging & Process Equipment

📋 Description

• Own and execute the global category strategy for long-term manufacturing and supply chain goals.
• Lead commercial strategies for major global CAPEX investments and framework agreements.
• Influence executive stakeholders on investment decisions, supplier strategy and roadmaps.
• Build executive partnerships with strategic OEMs and lead Executive Business Reviews.
• Drive supplier innovation, equipment standardization and global manufacturing competitiveness.
• Deliver multi-year value through cost optimization, innovation, sustainability and risk reduction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in technical procurement, engineering, manufacturing or CAPEX sourcing.
• Experience leading global sourcing strategies and multi-million euro projects.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with global OEMs in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods or Pharma.
• Strong commercial acumen in negotiations, SRM and total cost of ownership.
