Global Channel Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day operational support to Global Channel Sales leadership and coordinate resources
• Own and continuously improve the global Partner Program, including program processes, requirements
• Administer partner rebates, referral fees, and Market Development Funds (MDF), including payment
• Manage the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform, partner portal, and associated
• Maintain partner data within Salesforce and own end-to-end deal registration processes, reporting
• Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on partner sales, program performance, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Channel Operations, Channel Management, or a closely
• Demonstrated experience supporting sales organizations and partner ecosystems across multiple
• Proven experience managing partner or channel programs, including operational processes and partner
• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience administering PRM or partner portal platforms such as Impartner, along with
• Experience with partner enablement and sales content platforms such as Highspot.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of approximately $120,000–$125,000 per year, with eligibility for annual variable
• A broader compensation range of $160,000–$200,000 is referenced for the position, with individual
