Identify and manage a network of external partners.
Develop and implement strategies to build brand, loyalty, and employee satisfaction.
Plan and manage design, content, and production of publicity materials.
Oversee the creation of marketing and communications collateral.
Represent the organization at events and drive media opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, PR, or related field.
MBA is a plus.
8-10 years of progressive experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong PowerPoint and visual design skills.
English and French proficiency (Portuguese is a plus).
