• ServiceNow & CMDB expertise: architecture, CMDB, IRE, and health dashboards.
• CSDM implementation: map tech assets to business services.
• Data modeling and ingestion: relational DB concepts, Discovery, Service Mapping.
• Integration tooling fluency: multi-source enterprise tool integrations.
• Strategic influence and clear communication to auditors and leaders.
