Global Contracting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead contract negotiations across all tour components, including hotels, transportation providers
• Develop and execute strategic vendor negotiation approaches designed to achieve commercial
• Secure agreements that comply with organizational terms, conditions, quality standards, and product
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with contracted vendors and destination
• Address supplier-related challenges, including additional dates, custom requests, inventory
• Secure the inventory necessary to support tour delivery, operational planning, and business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in contract negotiation, preferably within travel, tourism, hospitality
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with the ability to develop mutually beneficial
• Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic contracting plans aligned with business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a practical approach to resolving supplier
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging both external
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, negotiations, and supplier relationships in a
