Global Corporate Controller

📋 Description

• Oversee global accounting, including controllership, audit, tax, and systems
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and consolidation
• Manage AP, GL, fixed assets, cash, and intercompany accounting
• Coordinate with global finance teams across time zones
• Develop and oversee accounting policies and procedures
• Provide insights to shape financial strategy and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• BS/MS in Accounting or Finance
• CPA required
• 15+ years accounting experience (public + private equity)
• Netsuite experience required
• Led and developed a high-performing accounting team
• Change agent with process improvement and GAAP knowledge (US/IFRS/ASC 606)
